A magnificent view overlooking the beautiful Shelley Beach, on the mid north coast of New South Wales, Australia, and part of the Nambucca Valley. The white caps of the water show that it was an extremely windy day, so much so that it was difficult to stand still to capture this image.
The Nambucca Valley, North Coast NSW, is a central location on the Pacific Highway halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. It is the southern gateway to sub-tropical Australia with pristine beaches, historic towns and tranquil rainforests, stretching from Scott's Head in the south to Valla Beach in the north. Its' western boundary is the mountain rainforests of the Great Dividing Range.
