Description
**ACHIEVED 1st Place 3 way tie in FAA Contest - #Australian Mountains - The Best of Downunder" Sept 2020
A pretty view of the Blue Mountains in Katoomba, Australia, showing the landscape's plateau type formation and the blue hue in the background, hence the name the Blue Mountains. The Eucalyptus Trees apparently give off a vapour creating this blue effect.

Thanks again Sue. Not sure if you have visited the Blue Mountains, so if not, put it in your diary for your next trip. Well worthwhile.

Really beautiful, Kaye! That is interesting about the eucalyptus trees giving off the vapour that creates the blue hue.
